• to make available to our youth reliable and relevant information on matters of major concerns to them.
• to conduct surveys into the religious, personal and social lives of young people.
• to provide personal and group counselling

The target group is people in the 10 to 24 year bracket, both male and female.
This age bracket is chosen as it coincides for the most part with the education
structure in Nigeria, namely from the junior secondary school period to the undergraduate period.

The Centre is opened to all youth in the locality who wish to use its facilities.

This is formed around three connected headings; counselling, research and publications.
